Gather for an unforgettable evening in the vineyard celebrating the Pacific Northwest tradition of a salmon bake. The Rain Dance winery team will roast wild salmon on alder stakes over an open fire pit, creating a dramatic and time-honored preparation that pairs beautifully with Pinot Noir. The culinary team from The Allison Inn & Spa will craft elevated side dishes and courses that highlight local ingredients and complement each wine selection.

Your evening begins with sparkling wines from local producers and thoughtful hors d’oeuvres as you watch the salmon roasting over the fire. Guests will then sit for a multi-course dinner expertly paired with single-vineyard, estate grown Rain Dance Vineyards Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The wines featured will include both large format library selections and current releases.

Set amongst the vines beside the Rain Dance Vineyards tasting room, this intimate dinner is limited to just 30 guests. It is a rare opportunity to enjoy a cherished regional tradition, locally sourced food, beautiful wines and a welcoming community.
